Hello, I’m Donna
I specialise in strategies for managing emotions and ways to offload and process how we feel about what is happening in our lives.
I offer standard psychological therapies (CBT, Brainspotting, EMDR) and also Expressive Writing sessions.
I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and a Certified Brainspotting therapist. I am also a qualified Occupational Therapist and EMDR Therapist, and Journal Therapist. I’ve also been a Clinical Supervisor for PWP’s and CBT Therapists in the NHS IAPT service where I used to work. You can see my therapy training here.
