Who I am
My website address is: https://dmbtherapy.co.uk. My name is Donna Bottomley and I operate DMB Therapy Services. I am an accredited CBT therapist registered with the BABCP as my governing body.

Who we share your data with
We do not collect or share your personal data. If you enter into a therapy contract with me then I will give you details of how long I will keep your data for (it is usually 7 years at the request of my insurer Balens. After that time all data will be shredded.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data that I hold about you (but this is subject to the restrictions set out by my insurer on how long I must hold therapy data for) or any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Social Media Policy

I take the confidentiality of my clients very seriously and I will not follow you or seek you out on social media. Please be aware that as a result of this I will not accept any ‘friend’ or ‘follow’ requests on social media as this may compromise your confidentiality.

Please be aware that if you do save my details to your ‘contacts’ on your device, some social media sites such as Facebook and Linked In automatically upload your contact information.
