The therapies I offer are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting therapy and Therapeutic Writing. I can carry out CBT sessions by phone but all other therapies will be via a secure Video platform. This can be very convenient because it means you can stay in your own environment and not have to travel to get to me. Don’t worry if you are not sure which therapy is right for you.
