I can offer you the space, tools and expertise in writing and in therapy to structure a program for you of exploring and expressing yourself through writing. I would like to stress that grammar and spelling are not essential!

We begin with ‘Free writing’ exercises and move onto ‘The Morning Pages’ as originated by Julia Cameron in her book ‘The Artist’s Way‘. We then move onto statements of support and safety, and then into the exercises for exploring our deeper thoughts and feelings. Finally we end with our insights and interpretations, and a blueprint for how to structure our daily pages each day.

All you need is a notebook/journal and pen, or voice notes on your phone to record audio. You don’t need to have any knowledge of writing styles.

We can incorporate Therapeutic writing into our main therapy work also.
